My Strawberry and Apple Crumble

Crumble

30g Special K cereal

90g Flour

70g Butter

20g Sugar

Filling

20-30 Strawberries

3 Apples

30g Sugar

1 Tablespoon of Water

Toppings
2-4 scoops of Blueberry Ice Cream

Reflection

Overall, I think that my strawberry and apple crumble turned out really well. The crumble tasted really good and the crumble and filling matched pretty well. My favourite was the crumble topping because it was really crunchy. I think the apples should be cut into smaller pieces. I liked the strawberries because the flavour was strong. The crumble tasted really good when I added the blue berry ice cream because the crumble was warm while the ice cream was cold.
